I believe there is nothing more important, in fact.

The Valiant Pursuit of Joy

I believe that the pursuit of joy is everything because when we are focused on joy, it automatically points us to everything we need to make a happy life.  If you are living in joy, you are living in gratitude.  How can you not feel grateful when you live a life of joy?  When you are living in joy and gratitude, you are automatically living in grace… in love… in spirit.

Spirit guides me to seek joy, each and every day.  There are simple ways to focus on joy.  Anything that makes you laugh, smile, feel light – anything that puts you in touch with those emotions counts in your pursuit of joy.  It can be as simple as watching a funny movie or tv show, taking a walk in nature, playing with your pets, playing with your children, reading an inspirational book or finding uplifting content on the internet.

The more time you can avoid getting stuck in the mire of the news, of negative people and social situations, violent tv shows, movies and video games, and the more time you spend doing things that uplift you and make you feel joy brings you exponentially closer to enlightenment… and deepens your connection with the light… and with the Creator.
